Care Instruction, Warranty & Exchange Policy for JeweLuxe

Our Stainless steel jewelry is tarnish resistant, waterproof and hypoallergenic. It is safe to wear stainless steel jewelry in water and exercise. However, please try to follow the below care instructions.

Care Instructions :

  • Jewellery should be carefully stored. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration & extreme temperatures. 
  • Do not wear jewellery when in the swimming pool or while showering. Chlorine, detergents, oils & perfumes can all cause tarnishing & damage. 
  • Avoid direct contact with corrosive agents such as soap, cream, perspiration and chemical products to preserve the coating for longer. Body lotions & fragrances all contain chemicals which may dull the finish of jewellery. 
  • Remove jewellery when doing heavy duty tasks. Keep jewellery stored in the pouch when not being worn.
  • Gently wipe jewellery with a clean soft cloth after each wear to remove dirt & oils (from skin). Thoroughly dry jewellery after exposure to water: moisture can cause tarnishing & may weaken springs, clasps and chains. 

Warranty Coverage :

JeweLuxe jewellery are warranted against manufacturing defects and tarnishing by an official warranty for 1 year.


The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not including damage caused by:

  • Excessive wear 
  • Lack of care 
  • Accidents 

It is possible for gold plating to turn a bit darker over time but it will not fade or wear off. During the warranty period, if a defect arises in terms of excessive color fading only (The warranty does not cover springs, clasps and breakages due to misuse), you are entitled for a one-time replacement (Within the given warranty period only) of the same product or a product that is equivalent in price.


Should there be a price increase in a product which is higher in value than the originally purchased product, the difference will be charged accordingly. Should you select a product which is lesser in value than the originally purchased product, kindly note there will not be any refunds provided. However, you could use the balance credit to purchase an item of your choice within the following 30 days.

JeweLuxe shall have no obligation to replace until the defective product is returned to JeweLuxe. A replacement product will not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a replacement is given, the returned product becomes JeweLuxe’s property.

Exchange / Return Policy :

  • Once an item is purchased, we do not refund, but we can offer an exchange if the item is in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (The exchange should be done within 07 days from the time you receive the item

  • In order to exchange, you will need to courier the item in a secure packaging pack to us (The address is given below) along with the receipt or proof of purchase which is included within the package. Further, all charges in terms of transportation needs to be borne by you at all time.

  • In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace that item at our expense. (We should be notified within 24 hours of the same) 

 

  • Any purchase made is subject to availability at the time of exchange. If the particular damaged product is unavailable to be replaced, you are entitled to exchange it with a similarly priced product or a higher-priced product where the difference of pricing needs to be paid by you. Should you choose a lesser-value product, you will not be refunded of the balance as per our policy. However, you could use the balance credit to purchase an item of your choice within the following 30 days.
